Senior Vice President - Capital Management (EMEA - Middle East)

Our client is part of a globally operating real estate investment platform with a strong presence across multiple international markets.

This role will support the Group’s capital raising initiatives, investor engagement activities, and the marketing of the Group and its private funds across the EMEA and Middle East regions. The position will play a key role in executing the Group’s overall business strategy by further strengthening its private capital platform and expanding institutional investor relationships across both regions.
The position can be based in Amsterdam (the Netherlands), London (United Kingdom), or Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the Group’s private capital management business across EMEA and the Middle East, in alignment with long-term growth objectives.
• Lead and support capital raising and fundraising initiatives, with a strong emphasis on investor marketing, structuring, and execution across both regions.
• Coordinate and manage investor due diligence processes for private real estate funds and capital partnerships, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Actively originate, manage, and cultivate relationships with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, private capital partners, and capital raising intermediaries across EMEA and the Middle East.
• Leverage and further expand an established and relevant investor network in the Middle East to drive capital formation, fund raising, and strategic capital partnerships.
• Develop a deep understanding of investor allocation strategies, return requirements, and deployment preferences across EMEA and the Middle East.
• Conduct market research and analysis on private funds and listed comparables, including REITs and asset managers, to monitor capital flows, allocation trends, and broader developments in real estate investment strategies.
• Maintain high-quality communication and coordination with both internal stakeholders and external clients globally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or an equivalent discipline.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in capital raising and fundraising across multiple real estate strategies, gained within a leading real estate manager, operator, or listed REIT with private equity platforms.
• Demonstrated and proven capital raising experience across both EMEA and the Middle East.
• A strong, relevant, and active investor network in the Middle East, with a proven track record of originating and executing capital and fund raising mandates in the region.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing, investor relations, and communications, supported by a solid foundation in real estate investment and financial analysis.
• Deep understanding of institutional investor requirements, particularly within Middle Eastern markets, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and family offices.
• Proactive, resourceful, and independent professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work collaboratively with international teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across EMEA and the Middle East as required.

• Proven experience with reputable international real estate firms.
• Demonstrated track record in capital raising and fundraising across both EMEA and the Middle East.
• Established credibility and long-term relationships with key capital sources in the Middle East.
• Comfortable operating in a senior individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy and accountability.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from EUR 15,000 to EUR 18,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. A competitive performance-based incentive structure is expected to form part of the overall remuneration package.
