Job description

As Manager Asset Management Europe, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a European logistics real estate portfolio. You will lead an asset management team and collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise portfolio performance, drive value creation, and support further growth of the European platform. This is a commercially driven role requiring both strategic insight and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Asset Management team, setting clear priorities and fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee and execute the asset management strategy across a European logistics portfolio, including mixed-use assets
• Drive value creation through lease management, tenant relations, renewals, and repositioning initiatives
• Identify and implement asset enhancement and capital expenditure programs to improve quality and long-term returns
• Monitor portfolio performance and asset-level KPIs such as occupancy and returns
• Collaborate with internal teams on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, partners, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports, business plans, and strategic updates to senior management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and governance standards

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience in European real estate asset management, including a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing logistics or mixed-use portfolios
• Strong market knowledge of key European regions and a well-established professional network
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and realise value creation opportunities
• Strong financial skills, including experience with modelling, planning, and reporting
• Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English required. Proficiency in Dutch, Spanish or German is a significant advantage; Dutch in particular is strongly preferred given the primary base location.
